By accessing or using nanoPlasticity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
3. Platform Usage
You may use nanoPlasticity to create and manage nano-companies, deploy AI agents, and participate in the marketplace. You agree not to misuse the platform, upload malicious agents, or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Agent Developers
Developers who upload AI agents to the marketplace grant nanoPlasticity a license to host, test, and distribute their agents. Developers receive 80% of transaction revenue, with a 20% platform commission.
5. Billing & Payments
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Agent purchases are charged at the time of transaction. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of Liability
nanoPlasticity is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of AI agents, platform downtime, or data loss.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
